From a Textile Student to Building a Brand

I am Koushik Mondal, the founder of Trio Textile. My journey began at Government College of Engineering & Textile Technology, Serampore, where I completed my B.Tech in Apparel Production & Management. After completing my B.Tech, I spent two years gaining professional experience in the industry. Those years taught me the practical side of apparel manufacturing—how quality is maintained, how production works, and why even the smallest details matter. With a desire to learn deeper, I returned to the same institution and pursued my M.Tech in Chemical Processing in Textiles. It was during the second year of my M.Tech that I started thinking about building something of my own. I wanted to create a brand that would combine technical knowledge, manufacturing experience, quality, and modern apparel. That thought became the beginning of Trio Textile. In September 2026, I took a major step forward by launching the Trio Textile website and establishing our own small manufacturing unit. We manufacture school T-shirts, corporate T-shirts, uniforms, and customized apparel. At Trio Textile, we believe that premium quality is created through attention to every detail—from the selection of fabric to stitching, finishing, fitting, and final quality inspection. Our journey has just started, but our vision is clear: To create apparel that people can trust, wear with confidence, and come back for.
